21 Day Change of Mind Returns Policy
It’s ok to change your mind. We get it - things don’t always go according to plan, which is why we have a 21 day ‘Change of Mind Policy'. You can return the item, in original condition to us for a store credit, less any shipping fees and subject to approval.
Made-to-order items are custom products and cannot be returned or canceled due to a change of mind, as all sales are final.

How do I create a return for my furniture?

Do I require the original packaging?
No. You do not require the packaging for a change of mind return. If the items are assembled there will be a handling fee.
When will I receive my store credit for my furniture?
The timing of your store credit depends on your location. Our friendly customer support team can advise you on these estimated time frames when you get in touch to request your return. Our customer support team are available by calling 1300 738 088, Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm.
