Terms & Conditions – Caringbah Spring Competition
The promoter is Lounge Lovers Pty Ltd (ABN: 148209303), of 1029 Bourke Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 (“Promoter”). Contact: info@loungelovers.com.au
Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Thursday, 1st October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 31st October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
To enter the promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
a. Visit the Lounge Lovers Caringbah showroom;
b. Scan the promotional QR code to access the entry form;
c. Submit their full name, email address, phone number, and any other requested information via the form.
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries are not permitted.
There is one (1) prize to be awarded:
● A Lounge Lovers Voucher, up to the total value of $2,500 AUD (RRP).
Prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
The winner will be selected via a random draw at:
12:00pm AEDT on Monday, 9 November 2026
at Lounge Lovers Head Office, 1029 Bourke Street, Waterloo NSW 2017.
The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with the principles of a game of chance.
The winner will be contacted via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 15 business days, a redraw will take place using the same method and location.
Once confirmed, the winner will receive a Lounge Lovers Gift Voucher via email to be redeemed at a Lounge Lovers Showroom.
The winner’s first name and/or Instagram handle may be published on Lounge Lovers’ Instagram channel (@loungeloversfurniture) within seven (7) days of winner confirmation.
Personal information is collected to conduct the promotion and may be used for future marketing by the Promoter, unless the entrant opts out. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
● The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
● The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
● The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion in unforeseen circumstances, subject to regulatory approval where required.
