  • FREE FABRIC SAMPLES: Choosing a fabric is often the hardest part of buying a new sofa. At Lounge Lovers, you can order an actual fabric sample - it's on us - and you can expect to receive them within 2-3 days.

  • COMPETITIVE PRICING: Our experienced team of buyers work direct with furniture makers, plus, we have our own in house delivery team which means we control the end to end process. From design to buying to delivery, there are no middlemen, so we’re able to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.
  • INHOUSE DESIGNS: We don’t order cookie-cutter sofas and furniture at Lounge Lovers. Our inhouse designer and buying team curate and design the perfect mix of classic, modern and directional furniture – all at a price you will love. Plus, you won’t find our pieces anywhere else. How’s that for value?
  • QUALITY: Quality is of utmost importance to the Lounge Lovers team and to ensure our furniture lasts; we make our frames by hand with quality solid wood. Then we bind our joints with screws, solid glue and corner blocks for additional strength. Many of our sofas are built with robust internal zigzag springs to give superior support and comfort and we offer over 12 months warranty on all of our products – and all of this happens at the same low cost to our customers.
  • CUSTOMISATION: Our designers have hand-selected long lasting, quality fabrics and classic colours for our products but we also offer custom-made services on a select range of sofas, at no extra cost. From fabric to the legs to the width and depth - we love working with our customers to ensure a sofa you will truly love.
  • COMFORT: We understand that comfort is key and our aim is to make our cushions the comfiest you’ve ever sat on. We use different fillings in each of our sofas to suit a wide range of preferences – from firm with sharp lines to super soft with softer edges. We like to think we’re pretty much spot on with our offering, but if you would prefer softer or firmer cushions for a specific range, just let us know and we will custom make the cushions for you.

 

3. Flexible Delivery

  • QUICK DELIVERY: We deliver Australia wide and aim to hold all of our standard stock on the floor, so you can expect dispatch within 1 day. If you’re in Sydney or Melbourne metro, you can expect delivery within 2-3 days.  For custom designs, you’ll only need to wait 12 to 16 weeks while we make your dream piece by hand. In the event of production or delivery delays, our customer service team will let you know as soon as possible to discuss suitable alternatives for you.
  • FLEXIBLE DELIVERY TIMES: We understand that you’re not always available from 9-5 so we also deliver on Saturdays in Sydney and Melbourne Metro and can work with you to book in a 3 hour window that best suits you.
  • ASSISTED ASSEMBLY:  If you’d rather not have the hassle of assembling your new sofa yourself, we can arrange this for you from as little as $29 - plus we will take away the rubbish for you in Sydney and Melbourne Metro.
