Returns & Refunds

Return Policy
If you are change your mind, or if you are not happy in any way with one of our 'standard' products, we will happily accept the return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery). The returned item will need to be unopened in its original packaging and should be received by us within 14 days of the date of delivery. It will be your responsibility to arrange the return of any order. We will process all refunds for returned items as soon as we have received the return at our warehouse and your order has been closed. If you change or cancel an existing order, your refund will be processed once we have delivered all remaining items on your order to you and then closed your order.
Note that if you have ordered a custom sofa, please note it is a unique and special item and your automatic right to return lapses. At our discretion we may accept the return, with a cancellation fee.

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please see the table below for how long it typically takes after we have received the unwanted item back (or received evidence that it is being returned).
If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. We will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back
to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.

Cancelling or Changing Orders
Bespoke Products
Bespoke products cannot be cancelled. Dependant on the products we may be able to accept a return with a cancellation fee. However, this will need to be looked at on a case by case basis. If you do wish to change or cancel your order for a Bespoke product, please notify our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.

All Other Items
We all make mistakes from time to time, things change – and we get it! This is why we allow a cooling off period of 72 hours from the time of placing your order for you to cancel for a full refund.
If your item has been dispatched and you still wish to cancel the order, we will arrange for the item to be returned to our Distribution Centre and provide you with a refund, less a return fee.
