Delivery & Returns
If you live in Sydney or Melbourne all in-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. For furniture products ‘on order’ please allow between 1-3 weeks for your item to be dispatched from our warehouse. However, please allow extra time as delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond our control. For custom orders please allow up to 20 weeks for your item to be dispatched from our warehouse. We will always contact our custom orders as soon as your new sofa, sofa bed or lounge furniture is delivered to our warehouse to determine the most suitable delivery timeframe for you.
At Lounge Lovers, we use our in-house delivery team for all deliveries within 55km of the Sydney and Melbourne CBD’s. For all deliveries outside of this zone, we utilise the help of our partner couriers to get your order safely to your door. Please note that interstate deliveries are delivered door to door only, not into your property.
For our Lounge Lovers deliveries, we will always call, text or email you by 6pm the day prior to your arranged delivery date to confirm your allocated 3-hour delivery timeslot. For our partner courier deliveries, information about your dispatch will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number. Our courier company will then also contact you by phone prior to delivery.
All orders require a signature on delivery, unless we are instructed otherwise (ie to leave your order at your door) prior to delivery. We will always try to deliver at a time to best suit our customers. We know you are busy during the week, so we are happy to deliver on Saturdays as well as during the week. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll give you a call to arrange the best time for your delivery.
For deliveries outside of Sydney and Melbourne, we will only be able to deliver during working hours, Monday-Friday.
Please note that collections from our Sydney Warehouse (Warehouse 8, 1-13 Marigold Street, Revesby, NSW 2212) and our Melbourne Warehouse (4 Water Road, Preston, VIC 3072) are possible by prior arrangement only and that a minimum 24h notice is required. If you are change your mind, or if you are not happy in any way with one of our 'standard' products, we will happily accept the return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery). The returned item will need to be in its original packaging in an unused, saleable condition and should be received by us within 14 days of the date of delivery. It will be your responsibility to package and arrange the return of any order. We will process all refunds for returned items as soon as we have received the return at our warehouse and your order has been closed. If you change or cancel an existing order, your refund will be processed once we have delivered all remaining items on your order to you and then closed your order.
Note that if you have ordered a custom sofa, please note it is a unique and special item and your automatic right to return lapses. At our discretion we may accept the return, with a 50% restocking fee. Please see our T&Cs for full details.
