Our Delivery Promise
We aim to hold all of our standard items in stock so you can expect delivery within just 2-3 working days, anywhere in Australia.
All in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours; while custom orders are dispatched within 10-12 weeks (they take a bit of time as each item is handmade just for you).
All in stock items will be delivered to your door within 2-3 working days. For custom orders, delivery will be within 10-12 weeks. We will always contact our custom orders as soon as your new sofa, sofa bed or lounge furniture is delivered to our Sydney warehouse to determine the most suitable delivery timeframe for you.
At Lounge Lovers, we use our in-house delivery team for all deliveries within 55km of the Sydney CBD. For all deliveries outside of this zone, we utilise the help of our partner couriers to get your order safely to your door. Please note that interstate deliveries are delivered door to door only, not into your property.
For our Lounge Lovers deliveries, we will always call or email you by 6pm the day prior to your arranged delivery date to confirm your allocated 3-hour delivery timeslot. For our partner courier deliveries, information about your dispatch will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number. Our courier company will then also contact you by phone prior to delivery.
All orders require a signature on delivery, unless we are instructed otherwise (ie to leave your order at your door) prior to delivery.
We will always try to deliver at a time to best suit our customers. We know you are busy during the week, so we are happy to deliver before, during or after working hours as well as on Saturdays. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll give you a call to arrange the best time for your delivery.
For deliveries outside of Sydney, we will only be able to deliver during working hours, Monday-Friday.
Our delivery charges are dependent on the size, weight and delivery location of the item you choose. Our delivery charges are calculated at checkout when entering your delivery address and postcode. Our delivery charges start from $49 for small items such as a coffee table or armchair.
Collections are available with prior arrangement from our Sydney Waterloo showroom. Enter ' 0000' in the postcode field if ordering online.
We partner with a variety of couriers depending on the size of the item and your delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details including the name of the courier will be emailed to you. Our partner couriers include:

If you're not 100% happy with your new sofa, sofa bed or piece of furniture, we will happily accept your return and do our best to be big about it. Just pick up the phone or email us.
We’ve tried to make things simple. You can order safely online or over the phone, and you can cancel or change your ‘standard’ product order at any point prior to dispatch. In addition, if you decide that you do not want your new product for any reason, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The returned item will need to be in its original packaging in an unused, saleable condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipment. It's important to note that when you order a 'bespoke' sofa, it is a unique and special item and your automatic right to return lapses.
